Accessibility
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.

Harbour & Maple Journal aims to make vosentra.info usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.
Our commitment
We regard accessible pages as ordinary maintenance work at Harbour & Maple Journal rather than an additional feature. Every new page and every change to the design is checked to make sure the text remains readable, the navigation remains usable without a mouse and no information is carried by colour alone. The statement applies to vosentra.info only.
Reporting a barrier
Please report any accessibility problem by email to editors@vosentra.info or by telephone on +1 250 381 4472. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.
What we do
The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.
Colours are selected so that body text, links and buttons maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Font sizes are expressed in relative units, so that text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off. Links, menus and form fields can be operated using the keyboard alone.
Information in another form
The website is not the only way to get information from Harbour & Maple Journal. You can call us on +1 250 381 4472 during business hours, write to editors@vosentra.info or send a letter to 412 Fisgard Street, Suite 3, Victoria, BC V8W 1R9; if a page does not work for you, we can read its content to you by telephone or send it as plain text.
Known limitations
A number of illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject instead of describing it in detail.
Conformance
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.
Preparation and review
This statement was prepared on October 26, 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
